Information Technology Support Officer

About The Job

Location: Khobar Working hours: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, assisting with onboarding and training.
  • Document support requests and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
  • Assist in network administration and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software applications as needed.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems and data.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on projects and policy development.
  • Liaise with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Saudi nationality is required.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with network administration and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration
