Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Manage user accounts and permissions, assisting with onboarding and training.
Document support requests and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Assist in network administration and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade software applications as needed.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems and data.
Collaborate with the IT team on projects and policy development.
Liaise with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Saudi nationality is required.
Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with network administration and security protocols.
Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration
